Yes, but to ensure consistent pick up please attach our stickers to the outside of the can on both sides. Contact our office to have these stickers delivered to your residence.

No, we can provide rental containers with our service.

Yes, please notify our office to inform them of the extras and for pricing.
What methods of payment do you accept by phone?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover by phone. There is no additional charge to pay by phone.
What time should I set my trash & recycling carts out?

We start our routes at 6:00am each day. Please have your cart out by that time, or simply set it out the night before.
Where should I set my trash carts?

Please place your cart within 2 feet of the curbside by 6:00am on your service day.
How often is recycling picked up?

Residential: Recycling is picked up every other week. Calendars highlighting your recycle weeks are available for you to reference, and/or print, on our website under Residential Recycling.
Someone is illegally dumping in my container, who do I contact?

What debris is considered "construction waste?"

Woods, vegetation, wall & floor coverings, plaster, metal scraps, furniture, wiring, etc.
Can the charges for a roll-off at my home be added to my trash bill?

Roll-offs are all prepaid services, but we do not require you to have our trash service to use our roll-offs.
Can I set the roll-off in the street in front of my house?

Many of our service areas require permits, please inquire by phone for your area.
Can I throw tires and appliances away in roll-off?
